All products are available for purchase from our secure website. Currently accepted cards are MasterCard - Debit & Credit Cards, Visa - Debit & Credit Cards, Solo, Maestro and PayPal.

Conditions of Sale

The goods remain the property of the seller, until the seller receives payment in full, but the risks and all liability shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.


We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

Pictures & Images

Great care has been taken to ensure that all Images, Pictures and Diagrams are accurate. Due to product updates, supersession’s and obsolescence, etc. there maybe variations on the goods supplied. Vehicle specific products, Towbars, Roof Bars etc. show indicative images of what will be supplied.

Fit for purpose

Customers are responsible that the goods purchased are fit for the purpose they will be used for. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products, and combination of products, comply with the current regulations, directives and the law.

Tax Charges

All prices include 20% VAT where applicable, this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union. For orders originating outside the EU, VAT can only be deducted from the cost of the goods, in compliance with the importing countries regulations.


Our guarantee extends only to the replacement or substitution of faulty goods and missing parts. It does not include charges for labour supplied, or any other incurred costs by a third party.

Country of merchant Domicile & Currency statement

Alba Towing is based in and trades from the United Kingdom. All prices shown on this site are listed in pounds sterling, the customer must ensure they are using an internationally recognised payment system (such as a major credit card) that will render payments to us in Pounds sterling.

Cancellations and Returns

Please note that the following Cancellation & Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.

You can cancel your order at anytime up to 14 calender days after the date of delivery. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer.
Full Beam Axles and Special order items are ordered especially from manufacturers and for this reason are non-returnable. We will not be able to accept Full Beam Axles or special order goods back for credit or exchange.

Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

For all goods returned outside of the 14 day period, subject to the parts being returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition, we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods less a 15% re-stocking fee.

If you cancel the order you must return the goods to us at your own expense to the following address:
Alba Towing, Unit 1b Arran House, Arran Road, Perth PH1 3DZ.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will not be able to accept these goods for credit or exchange.

On receipt of goods you will be given a full refund of all monies paid, minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering, this may take up to 14 days.
